We want you to love every item you receive—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and sent back in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may use any carrier of your choice, but you must provide a valid tracking number once the item has been shipped. Returns without tracking cannot be verified and may not be processed. We recommend using a trackable, insured service to ensure your return arrives safely and on time.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@west28th.com. We’ll provide simple instructions and return details. Please do not send back items without contacting us first, as we won’t be able to process them.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us immediately. We’ll make it right.


Final Sale Items

Please note: sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a few extra days for your bank or card provider to post the funds.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
